Group Boxing Training.

Group classes are great for getting fit, learning to box in a fun and fast paced environment and having a great time doing with others who are also trying to get in great shape and learn to box.

If you are a beginner or even more advanced the group classes are excellent for fitness, condition and working on your overall boxing ability.

Classes are on at 6 and 7 pm and also in the morning from 7 to 8 am.
