A famous gym next to the city in Dublin. Well known for it’s week boxing camps where beginners are introduced to training with the option of competing after an 8 week training camp.

The gym also has boxing classes on in the mornings and evenings.

If you want to train in a personal environment we have 1 hour slots open for boxing, strength and conditioning and weight training.

The gym is home to olympic trainer Teimu and is also Dublin home to Andy Lee.

Joseph Parker and Katie Taylor have been seen training in the gym in recent times.
